Interesting job the other week (split with another inspector) we inspected a 57,000sqft storage facility in Orlando, built about 25 years ago it wasn't in bad shape if you ignore the electrics, roofs, septic and site drainage, the property is being bought "as is" and the buyer probably needs to put $50,000 into it.
